At CPI, it’s not enough for us to create innovative products for cleaning teams to use. We want to show teams how to use them for the best results as well.
That’s why we invite our customers to bring their teams to the CPI Innovation Center in Holland, Michigan to learn 5D Clean™ best practices and industry standards. Twenty-five unique environments provide opportunities for team members to become trained and receive GBAC STAR™ Service Accreditation by industry experts in 5D Clean™ on multiple surfaces with multiple CPI products. Your team will learn proper cleaning protocols, correct disinfection techniques, and cleaning best practices for biohazard situations that create outbreaks, epidemics, and pandemics.
Immersive Learning in a Real-World Environment
Rather than provide samples of common surfaces that cleaning teams face, the Innovation Center features full-scale rooms that reflect the hundreds of materials, surfaces, and situations found within commercial buildings, including restaurants, hospitals, and schools.

GBAC STAR™ Accreditation
The CPI Innovation Center is a GBAC STAR™ Accredited Facility designated by the Global Biorisk Advisory Council, a division of the worldwide cleaning industry association ISSA. This designation means our training center has met the criteria for:
Establishing and maintaining a cleaning, disinfection, and infectious disease prevention program to minimize risks associated with infectious agents like the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Using proper cleaning protocols, disinfection techniques, and work practices to combat biohazards and infectious disease. Employing highly informed cleaning professionals trained for outbreak and infectious disease preparation and response who serve as our training professionals.
Completing a training program at the CPI Innovation Center will qualify your team for GBAC STAR™ Service Accreditation. This designation will give your team the validation of its expertise in cleaning, disinfection, and infection prevention, positioning your facility or the facilities of your customers to achieve their own GBAC STAR™ Facility Accreditation.
